One of the first crias out of Moon she is sassy and suri.
B-Bar Full Moon's Tahoe
This was our first cria of the year, a flashy tri-color paint female sired by Moon, our half Peruvian suri stud purchased at the Twin Lakes Dispersal sale. Her dam is a large red and white paint and this is the second female cria she has produced for us.
B-Bar Full Moon's Aspen
This is another Moon cria, also a female. She may be my favorite of the Moon babies to date, I know she is everyone elses. She has a great personality and her flashy coloring really makes her a hit to anyone who visits the farm.
B-Bar Full Moon's Arcadia
This is the latest cria, a silver gray and white suri male out of Moon. He is flashy and already at this young age, I think he just may be the best male we've ever produced. His dam is a first time mom who is doing a great job and producing an abundance of milk, and he is growing like a weed.
B-Bar Full Moon's Redman
This is one of the our two 2010 male crias. He is like the others out of Moon and to be honest we are not sure yet if he is going to be suri or not. He has a different kind of fleece from any cria we have ever produced. At this point it is looking like it is going to be suri, and is starting to part over his back. Check back for updates. For sale $400
B-Bar Punta's Cha-Cha-Cherishe
Our latest female cria. I purchased her dam as a bred female at the Cascade Llama Sale she was bred to Punta Negro. I will get a better photo soon, this is one I snapped with my phone the day after she was born.
B-Bar El Caliph's Big Country
Our latest cria is a black and white paint male out of Pacific Rims Country Girl, who I purchased as a bred female at the Ken West llama dispersal. His sire is El Caliph. Again, I will work on getting some new photos this week. He is really nice for sale at weaning $750
Hark Rock's Start the Campaign
Campaign is one of the senior herdsires for the Gerken's at Hard Rock Llama Company. I have always admired his offspring and was the contending bidder on one of his sons, Hard Rock's Got My Vote at one of their Gold Rush Sales. Since I did not get him, I decided to buy a bred female from the Gerken's in hopes of getting my own fancy Campaign offspring. Unfortunately, the female came up open, and rather than send her back to Ohio to rebreed and then haul her back to New York, the Gerken's graciously offered to replace her with my choice of one of two females who were already bred to Campaign and due right away. Shortly after I made my choice she promptly had this flashy male cria, who I have named "Start the Campaign". To top it all off, they rebred his dam to Campaign again and she is looking huge already. I am anxiously awaiting the birth of his brother or sister.
